How to stop self-sabotage and step into the spotlight of success

We women are horribly prone to self-sabotage in the workplace. Many of us still demonstrate the tendencies that Sheryl Sandberg described in “Lean In”; we still give away too much of our power. We use tentative language. We wait for rewards rather than demanding them and, indeed, often give credit elsewhere rather than put our hands-up and claim it for ourselves.  We fail dismally to promote ourselves and stay reactive rather than proactive.
