Executive & Leadership Coach
After a 20-year career in education, Susan Ritchie is now a leadership coach and writer, who helps leaders at all levels of seniority to grow their leadership presence, so they can develop the confidence, visibility, credibility and impact needed to open doors, create opportunities and achieve career success.
In 2002, as a single mum, Susan moved to Borneo with her 9-year-old son, where she taught for five years before moving to Central America. Her international experience and moves taught her how to establish herself quickly and with impact in new and unknown cultures and environments. She returned to live in the UK in 2010, and now uses those lessons in her work with clients across a range of public, private, not-for-profit and education sectors.
She is the author of Strategies for Being Brilliant: 21 ways to be Happy, Confident and Successful, and Strategies for being Visible: 14 Profile-Raising Ideas for Emerging Female Leaders, to be published later this year.
