Executive and Life Coach
Rosie completed her coaching studies at the University of Cambridge, a certification that balances an academic foundation with practical experience. Her coaching practice spans executive coaching and life coaching; with a focus on coaching women at different stages of their careers; be that early career potential or heading into leadership roles, those facing a specific obstacle or choice, post-redundancy or perhaps returning to work after a career break. Rosie coaches in partnership with her clients, providing time to think, giving support, feedback and challenge as needed to help her clients figure out their best route forward. She has a particular interest in strengths-based coaching, helping people identify, develop and better utilise their strengths leading to increased confidence and a happier, more fulfilling career. Prior to coaching, a career in advertising has given Rosie broad and varied management experience and valuable context when discussing the pressures of modern life.
