Reconnecting With Our Dreams

Take some time for you and follow Dr. Helen Zhang’s exercise to visualise and re-connect with your dreams… This is an invocation for an inner journey to reconnect with your dreams and desires. Do this when you have some quiet uninterrupted time (allow 15 – 30 minutes), preferably first thing in the morning, or last thing in the evening.  Keep a journal handy.
