How to attract and retain female talent in the workplace

It is estimated that the UK would gain up to £23 billion (equivalent to 2% of GDP) by better harnessing women’s skills in employment. What’s more, companies in which women make up at least 15% of senior management are 50% more profitable than those in which fewer than 10% of senior managers are female.
