Simone St. Rose
Simone was born in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and was raised in St. Lucia from the age of ten.

From an early age, her strengths and interests lay primarily in the Literary & Visual Arts.

After graduating from the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) in 1998 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Environmental Design & Fine Art), Simone served an apprenticeship at one of London’s most acclaimed Architecture/Interior Design firms with a portfolio of 5-star boutique hotels and a high profile clientele.

She has worked alongside some well-established Architectural firms and was an art gallery owner & dealer during her career. She also has five years' recent experience in Visual Merchandising having managed seventeen stores across six territories in the OECS.

Her interior design portfolio comprises boutique hotels and private residences primarily between the Eastern Caribbean and North America.

With Absolute Luxe Interiors extended to the United Kingdom in 2018, the firm continues to broaden its portfolio, ensuring a seamless design service and execution of notably beautiful interiors.

Exploring the WOW Factor for a new Spa in the Caribbean

As a new member of the Rising Network, and an interior designer, it was suggested that I write a blog and share some examples of my work. These are a few notes I made for the preliminary conceptual presentation of a current new-build spa project which I hope to share my progress on as it develops through to completion.
