About Mahjooba Bianchi: Mahjooba Bianchi is the CEO of the Three T Institute., an innovative professional development company in Northern Virginia that focuses on providing an e-learning and classroom experience that is personable, hands-on, and effective.
The “3T” approach enables busy professionals to understand, retain, and recall learned information to successfully obtain key certifications.
Ms. Bianchi has over 15 years of Project Management Experience, and an MBA in IT Project Management, with an undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Government and International Relations. Her passion in life is to drive motivation and enable individuals to reach their career heights.
About Sarah Basha: Sarah Basha is a consultant with more than 14 years of management experience in strategy, direction and execution of projects within the government, non-profit and education industries. She currently serves as a senior consultant for Grant Thornton within its Public Sector Advisory sector. Sarah is also the Co-founder and President of a Washington DC–based non-profit devoted to conflict resolution where she custom designed simulation based workshops to train clients spanning the government as well as various media and academic institutions. As a former CEO of a Women Owned Small Business, Sarah has assisted US government agencies with improving key performance indicators in the federal workspace using alternative dispute resolution techniques and facilitative team-building strategies. Her professional career additionally includes the political arena, where she worked on campaigns and led statewide civic engagement and PAC activities.
Sarah obtained three undergraduate degrees simultaneously from Southern Methodist University in Economics, Political Science and International Studies. She also holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and is a Certified Mediator in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has an extensive and continuous record of serving on non-profit boards, where she advises on strategy and execution of programs. Sarah is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and intermediate Arabic and has a diverse multicultural background which has contributed greatly to her personal development and professional career achievements.
About Chapter Lead, Rosa dos Santos: Rosa is the MD of Exact Sourcing and started the recruitment agency ten years ago where she actively works with her team to identify and recruit staff for growing organisations in Cambridgeshire region. Rosa has worked in client facing roles for over twenty years and recruitment for just over half of that. Her roles have always focused around client engagement, building trust, relationships and identifying opportunities. Rosas passion and motivation is to help others through recruitment and she is a mother of twins, Orsen and Health.
