Rising Festival Workshop: Daring to Be Me
Do you feel as though you never seem to quite have enough time? Does life constantly seem as if you’re being pulled in 100 different directions at once? Would you benefit from finding a space to cultivate some inner peace and clarity?
If so, mindfulness coach Helen Zhang’s experiential workshop could prove invaluable. In this calming and focusing session, we’ll explore how the inner world of feelings, perspectives and thought patterns impacts the outer world, shaping your life at work, in money matters and in relationships.
Through exercises including meditation, contemplation, creative writing and energy work, you’ll gain deeper insights into yourself and learn simple yet effective ways to be your best and remain true to who you really are.
The session is designed to help you to destress and recharge, by connecting with (or rediscovering) the sense of power and confidence that comes with truly being yourself, and by helping you balance inner peace with the challenges of the outer world.
You’ll leave the session with a deeper understanding of yourself, as well as practical ideas to help you flourish in the future and tools to relax your body and focus your mind.
