Personal Development Plan: Monthly drop-in session | The Rising Network
Our monthly personal development plan (PDP) drop-in session has been designed to support you to achieve your professional and life goals.
What is a PDP?
A Personal Development Plan (PDP) is an essential tool to help you target future personal growth. It is a structured framework you can use to:
- Become aware of skills you have
- Identify and develop skills you need
- Work out what you want to achieve and how to achieve it
If you are new to the Rising Network and have recently joined as a member, we recommend you attend the next upcoming PDP drop-in session where you can access advice and support on goal setting for the next 12 months ahead. Each session will be facilitated by a Chapter Lead who is trained and/or has experience in coaching people plus it’s a great way to get to know others in the network as soon as you join!
Learn how you can create a maximum return for your membership with the Rising Network and set personal growth goals to ensure you set yourself up for success. Through these drop-in sessions, you will have monthly access to peer to peer support and our Chapter Lead community, where you will be encouraged to share your learnings with others.
If you are an existing member, we advise you to attend these monthly drop-in sessions as a way to stay motivated and to be accountable, get the answers to any questions or challenges you may have, and to help to stay on track to achieve your goals.
This session is a confidential session designed to help you achieve your career and life goals.
The Rising Network uses the power of community to empower you to reach your true potential and to create a life you love. We recommend you put this “Me time” in your diary as a way to stay engaged and to set yourself up for success. What you put in, you get out!
Attend upcoming events, training, and sessions to get the most out of your membership.
