***Please ensure you bring ID with you upon arrival and for entry into the building***

Hear experts in their field share insights and knowledge on how to achieve your career goals with a growth mindset, followed by our unique ‘Speed Networking with Purpose’ session – where we create up to 450 meaningful connections in one evening!

This event is a fantastic way to expand your network, challenge your thinking and learn something new. As with all our events, we pride ourselves in creating a relaxed and welcoming experience to enable meaningful relationships to be made.

In this session hear lighting talks by:

Talk 1: How To Live with The Breakthrough Mindset – Zannah Ryabchuk, Managing Director, Breakthrough Global

We know that Mindset drives everything.  In fact, you cannot out-perform your mindset!  As we grow up, we develop four distinct mindsets.  As adults, we access and flip between these different thinking styles.  When we get stuck in one, this becomes a mind-SET.  Our mindset can hijack us, it can empower or disempower our lives when we are not aware of it.  Importantly, it can be easy to get stuck in our resigned, less resourceful mindsets when we experience challenges and set-backs.

This talk will help you to:

  • Understand the four Mindsets and how they fit into Growth & Fixed Mindsets
  • Raise your awareness of your own Mindset and how it is empowering or disempowering you
  • Learn how to get out of the less resourceful Mindsets and into the most resource-FULL Breakthrough Mindset
  • Know how to influence and work effectively with others exhibiting less resourceful mindsets

Talk 2: Harnessing your Past to Super-Charge your Future – Erica Wolfe-Murray, Business Expert & Author

We are all continually told that we are unique. We know it inside, but what difference can it really make to our life? In Erica Wolfe-Murray’s wide experience working with entrepreneurs and established business leaders, she finds it breath-taking how few of us understand how to harness that unique trajectory to drive a career path that is truly satisfying. To give us the life and all its opportunities that each of us want.

During this short talk, Erica will hold the mirror up, encouraging you to take a cool look at who you really are, then give you some keys tips on how to make this reverberate across your world as you move forward.

Talk 3: Me, my growth mind and I… – Nicky Harrison, Commercial Director, FieldHouse Associates
