In this 4 part course, ‘Communicating with Confidence’ delivered by Executive Voice, Accent & Communications CoachSylvie Lui, will teach you how to feel comfortable and confident anytime you have to communicate with colleagues, bosses, customers, prospects or clients. She will guide you through the  theory and principles of speaking with confidence in an  interactive learning environment to better understand you own communication habits and patterns.

This course aims to help you communicate authentically, with gravitas, impact and authority face to face and in virtual environments.

Sylvie specialises in cross-cultural communication working with international audiences. She brings an understanding and awareness of this that will help you change and enhance your delivery to be more inclusive for diverse audiences, whilst being more connected to yourself.

Module 1: Introduction to Communicating with Confidence

Held on: Tuesday 3rd November 2020, at 12:00 – 13:00 GMT

Communication challenge happens both face-to-face and virtually. There are 5 main challenges that Sylvie Lui shall speak about: Voice, Body, Breath, Confidence & Mindset and Cross-cultural & International audiences.

Module 2: Connecting to our Voice & Identity

Held on: Tuesday 10th November 2020, at 12:00 – 13:00 GMT

Connecting to your voice and identity will allow you to understand the habits and patterns you use when speaking and how that impacts your communication. This module will create awareness and self-reflexivity on understating one’s own vocal usage in relationship with their identity.

Module 3: Becoming Vocally Confident (F2F & Virtually)

Held on: Tuesday 17th November 2020, at 12:00- 13:00 GMT

Discover what are the challenges in F2F and virtual communications and how they are similar/different. They are several challenges that Sylvie will highlight within this module such as eye contact and body posture.

Module 4: How to be more Inclusive in our Communication

Held on: Tuesday 24th November 2020, at 12:00 – 13:00 GMT

Discover what individual challenges are regarding inclusivity & diversity and what international and cross-cultural communication is. Sylvie will talk about current global issues and climate within communication to give a better
